Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Memoraisle. By creating a portal or uploading content you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Memoraisle lets a couple create a private portal where guests upload wedding photos and videos. Couples pay a one-time fee to unlock full-resolution downloads. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content uploaded to portals you own, and for sharing the portal link only with people you intend to invite.
• Do not upload anything unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share. Do not upload content depicting the abuse or exploitation of minors — such content is reported and removed.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Content ownership

You and your guests keep ownership of the photos and videos you upload. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store, process, and serve that content back to you (for example generating thumbnails and download links).

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. The fee is a single one-time charge to unlock downloads for a portal. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. The price shown at checkout is the total you pay.

Right of withdrawal & refunds

As a consumer in the EU you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. Unlocking an album delivers digital content immediately. By completing payment you ask us to start that delivery right away and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the album is unlocked, to the extent permitted by law.

That said, we want you to be happy: if a payment fails to unlock your album, or something goes genuinely wrong on our side, email support@memoraisle.com within 14 days and we will put it right or refund you.

Data retention

Albums and their media are automatically deleted twelve months after the wedding date, whether or not they have been unlocked. We email a reminder before deletion. The fee pays for collecting and downloading your photos, not for permanent hosting — download your originals to keep them. You can delete a portal or your whole account at any time. Availability & liability

We work to keep the service available and your files safe, but it is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us. Keep your own copies of irreplaceable files.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
